Frameless bee queen isolator

Description

Frameless bee queen isolator or frame queen block isolator is a tool for blocking the queen bee in winter. The procedure for blocking the queen with this isolator is the following:  from the beginning of September the queen is closed inside this isolator and will stay in it for 6 months, ie until the beginning of March.  Putting her in an isolator, we make her want to start a winter brood, and all the bees gather in cubes around the frame of the isolator, where the queen is.  In this way, winter bees do not spend around a new litter, which would have been made if the queen was free. Young bees, that are laid outafter queen bee blockage, those that she laid immediately after put in the isolator are treated with oxalic acid, to be cleaned from varroa. Varroa, on the other hand, after 6 months, as long as the queen is locked in the isolator, becomes sterile, and it is harmless in March, when we release the queen from the isolator. Also, young winter bee lives much longer than it was used through feeding from winter litter. The queen, released in March, quickly makes up for the litter with the help of young, non-exhausted bees and the colony functions cleansed of varroa.  A condition for the use of this isolator is above all a healthycolony, cleansed of varroa
